As Multiply and VisFlow expand within enterprise transformation and cloud adoption, we are seeking an experienced Senior S/4HANA Transformation Architect to lead strategic SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization efforts for large, complex organizations.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs, translating business strategy into scalable technical architectures and pragmatic migration approaches. You will combine deep SAP domain knowledge with cloud, integration, and data strategy expertise to ensure business value, technical quality, and operational readiness.

You will operate across cross-functional teams, providing hands-on architectural leadership, governance, and mentoring. Consultants at Multiply are expected to deliver pragmatic solutions, document and visualize system landscapes with VisFlow, and ensure transformations are traceable, secure, and resilient.

What You Will Work With

• SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and migration tools (on-premise and cloud)

• System conversion, landscape transformation, and selective data transition approaches

• Integration platforms connecting S/4HANA with cloud services, legacy systems, and IoT/edge components

• Data migration and master data governance, including cleansing, reconciliation, and validation pipelines

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid deployment models

• Security, identity, and access management for SAP landscapes

• Observability and operational tooling for application performance, job scheduling, and incident management

• VisFlow to model, document, and communicate architectural decisions, data flows, and operational procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural strategy and roadmap definition for S/4HANA transformations, aligning IT and business stakeholders

• Design end-to-end solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, and security domains

• Recommend and implement migration approaches: system conversion, landscape transformation, or greenfield implementations

• Define data migration and master data governance strategies, ensuring data quality and traceability

• Drive integration design and implementation using middleware, APIs, and event-driven patterns

• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to design scalable, secure deployment models and automation (IaC, CI/CD)

• Establish non-functional requirements and ensure solutions meet performance, availability, and security objectives

• Develop test strategies, cutover plans, and operational runbooks to support reliable go-live and post-go-live stabilization

• Mentor and coach project teams, stakeholders, and client engineers in best practices and architecture governance

• Document and visualize architectures, data flows, and operational procedures using VisFlow and other tooling

Required Competence Profile

• Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in SAP architecture, implementation, or transformation programs

  • Proven track record delivering S/4HANA migrations at enterprise scale

• SAP & Integration:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, landscape design, and migration tools (e.g., SUM, DMO, LT, SAP Migration Cockpit)

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4 conversions, custom code remediation, and extensibility patterns

  • Experience with integration technologies (SAP PO/PI, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs, middleware, and event streams)

• Data & Cloud:

  • Strong experience with data migration, master data management, and data governance practices

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures

  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code, containerization, and CI/CD practices

• Security & Operations:

  • Understanding of SAP security, roles and authorizations, and identity management

  • Experience defining operational runbooks, monitoring, and observability for SAP landscapes

• Ways of Working:

  • Experienced facilitator of stakeholder workshops and technical governance boards

  • Used to agile delivery, continuous improvement, and working with cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate technical choices into business impact

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Language

• English (spoken and written)

Meriting Experience

• Certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Architect, SAP Basis, or cloud provider certifications

• Experience with large-scale master data management programs

• Exposure to event-driven architectures, Kafka, or modern integration platforms

• Experience applying VisFlow or similar tools to visualize and govern complex system architectures
