Role Overview

Multiply Teknik & IT is seeking exceptionally experienced Pega professionals — Certified Senior System Architects (CSSA), Lead System Architects (LSA), and equivalent senior practitioners — to play a central role in the design, governance, and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

This is not a junior or purely delivery-focused role. Successful candidates will demonstrate deep mastery of Pega architecture, platform mechanics, and enterprise integration, combined with the ability to reason across business capabilities, decisioning, process orchestration, and long-term system evolution.

You will operate at the intersection of:

• Pega platform engineering

• Enterprise and solution architecture

• Business process and decision modelling

• Integration-driven, multi-platform ecosystems

Pega is a core platform — but never in isolation.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

Pega Architecture & Platform Mastery

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Proven hands-on delivery of multiple large-scale Pega implementations in production enterprise environments

• Deep understanding of Pega application, system, and enterprise architecture, including:

  • Rule resolution and circumstancing

  • Case lifecycle design patterns

  • Decisioning and rules orchestration

  • Data model design and class hierarchy optimisation

• Experience designing and governing multi-application Pega landscapes

• Strong track record of performance diagnosis and optimisation in real-world systems

• CSSA or LSA certification (or demonstrably equivalent experience)

Candidates without sustained, senior-level architectural responsibility in Pega environments will not be considered.

Enterprise Delivery & Business Architecture

You are expected to operate comfortably beyond pure implementation:

• Translate business capabilities, policies, and operational processes into scalable Pega architectures

• Work directly with senior business stakeholders, architects, and product leadership

• Make and defend architectural trade-offs under real delivery constraints

• Operate effectively within large, multi-team transformation programmes

• Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and mentoring

Integration & Engineering Excellence

This role requires strong engineering credibility, not low-code dependency:

• Advanced Java development experience (mandatory)

• Proven experience designing and implementing:

  • RESTful APIs

  • Event-driven and synchronous integrations

  • Enterprise integration patterns

• Strong understanding of:

  • Transaction boundaries

  • Error handling and resilience

  • Security and data consistency across systems

• Hands-on experience with automated testing and quality-driven delivery

• Python experience is advantageous but not essential

What You Will Be Accountable For

Depending on seniority, you will:

• Design and evolve robust, maintainable, and scalable Pega solutions

• Own or influence solution, system, and enterprise architecture decisions

• Define integration strategies and orchestration logic across platforms

• Ensure Pega implementations align with long-term architectural intent

• Actively improve performance, reliability, and extensibility of live systems

• Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and mentoring
